H Series Rotary Valve Type [ROBO Cylinder Motor Drive]

It is about 3~2,000cc and is suitable for quantitative discharge of about 5,000~50,000cps. The ceramic rotary valve design also has excellent durability. It adopts servo-controlled pulse motor drive.

By using a pulse motor drive for the drive unit, it can be operated at a stable speed from low speed, and each setting can be easily reconfigured by quantifying each setting.
Data input and management can be easily performed on a general-purpose PC.
You can check the settings and operation of each pump from a PC, and you can easily change data and check operation on site by connecting to the teaching box (accessory).
Since the drive unit and controller are separated, it can be controlled away from the work atmosphere and maintenance is easy.
Stroke/speed settings can be made on a PC or external control device.
