Relief and Safety Valves

TRK Series

• Safety valve for medium-large capacity tanks.
• Three sizes are available, and you can choose according to the size and pressure of the tank.
• The large air flow path diameter allows the pressure to be released instantly.
• It can also be used for regulatory tanks such as “Class II pressure vessel” and “small pressure vessel”.
• Operation check (inspection) is easy because it has a handle for manual opening and closing. Since the handle is detachable, it can be removed and used except during inspection.

TRS Series

• This is a relief valve for small ~ medium tanks.
• The body material is all stainless steel, so it is resistant to corrosion, and it is very suitable for clean environments such as the pharmaceutical and medical industries.
• Although it has a small body, it can exhaust high capacity.
• Since it can be opened and closed simply by pulling the hanging ring, operation can be easily checked (inspected).

TR Series

• This is a relief valve for small tanks.
• The body material of the gas contact part is stainless steel SUS316.
• Since FFKM is used as the sealing material, it has excellent corrosion and chemical resistance.
• Four types of set pressures are available as standard.

TRV Series

• This is a relief valve for small tanks.
• There are two types of body materials: stainless steel SUS316 [S type], which has strong corrosion resistance, and low-cost brass [B type].
• As standard, we have a lineup of four types of set pressures.
• Since the mounting size is as small as R1/8, it can be installed even with lids of small diameter.

TRR Series

• This is a relief valve for small tanks.
• Since the starting pressure can be changed, it can be used universally.
• The material of the gas contact part is stainless steel SUS316, and the sealing material is fluorocarbon, so it has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance.
